KOMPA does not guarantee that you will find a roommate or a room through our platform. Compatibility suggestions are based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of a successful living arrangement. Any agreements, whether verbal or written, between users are made entirely at their own discretion and risk.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Verifying the identity and suitability of any person you choose to live with.
• Complying with all applicable local laws regarding tenancy and shared housing.

KOMPA is not a party to any rental agreement, contract, or dispute between users.
